Sample Charge is $40 with prepaid Digital Tape Fee of $144 and Cutting Die Charge of $50.  Samples within 7 business days.  Production of patches: 17 days after your approval of sample.

Additional Notes:  Rhinestones or Beads instead of sequins are available but not with PVC clear backing.   Other adhesives are available for Rhinestone and Bead patches with embroidery.
