Ordering

Orders can be placed online at www.personalizedmementos.com through our secure server. We may contact you via telephone or e-mail if we need to clarify order or verify address. We will never ask you to send credit card information via e-mail. It is highly recommended that you provide your credit card information via our secure server using our websites shopping cart. The shopping cart transactions are encrypted and provide the most secure method of transferring payment information. We do not electronically store your credit card information so each time you order you will be required to enter credit card information. This is for your protection. Because our primary business is embroidery we collect contact information from you so we can effectively communicate. We never share this information with anyone nor will you receive an e-mail solicitation or Spam from Personalized Mementos. We may send special value offers or catalog to you via the US Post Office mail but only occasionally. We will send a copy of your invoice via US Post Office if items ship from distributor directly to you or to another destination other than the purchaser like a gift.

Billing Address Verification

Billing Address Verification or AVS is critical to authorize credit card payment. Please provide the exact billing name, address and zip code of your credit card. If you provide an incorrect billing address AVS (Address Verification) will fail but transaction may be approved by the bank processing the credit card payment. As a merchant, we are responsible to make every effort to verify you are an authorized user of credit card. To protect the credit card holder and to prevent theft we require the verification of billing address. If we encounter failure of AVS, transaction will be deleted (even if approved for payment) and will be deleted before settlement occurs. If you are using a debit card then it may take your bank several days to delete the transaction. We will contact you if the transaction fails AVS and request that you provide the correct billing address. We will run the transaction again with new address. If second attempt fails AVS (even if payment is approved), then your order will be cancelled and the credit card transaction will be deleted before settlement.

Payment Terms

Personalized Mementos and PM Corporate accepts Visa, Master Card, American and Discover. Orders paid by Check or Money Order will not shipped until check clears. Minimum order value for accepting checks or money orders is $300 before shipping cost. In the City and County of St. Louis, Missouri business checks will be accepted on orders over $300 before shipping cost. Personal checks will not be accepted. Preferred method of payment is Visa, MasterCard , American Express and Discover. We do not offer payment terms.

Shipping

We make every effort to ship your order immediately. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours. Occasionally, we encounter limited stock or back order issues. When this happens, we will contact you and provide an expected shipping date. Never-the-less, please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery. Out of stock or backorders may take longer. Orders during the holidays may take longer. Whenever possible, we use UPS Ground shipping on items dropped shipped from distributor and USPS (United States Post Office) when items ship directly from us or items are personalized with embroidery. Any rush orders should be noted in the comment section while checking out.

Returns or Exchanges

10 Day Money Back Guarantee on United States deliveries less a 25% re-stocking fee. Guarantee does not include freight nor does it include any personalized items. Our return policy reflects the manufacturers and distributors policy. We guarantee you will receive new products in the style, color & sizes you purchased You must call or email us for a Return Authorization. Returns that have not been preauthorized will be refused. The customer is responsible for return shipment. Any improperly packaged items that are returned damaged, may not receive full refund. If we have shipped an item incorrectly we will make arrangements to have it replaced at no cost to our customers. Closeout, Specials and Discounted items are generally not returnable but we do guarantee you will receive the products ordered in the color & sizes you purchased. If you need to exchange item, a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of delivery for second shipment will be strictly enforced. We strive to provide great pricing and are very competitive. Our return policy, use of just in time delivery (we use distributors who inventory items) allows us to provide very reasonable prices to everyone including individuals and businesses. We will act as your advocate with manufacturer if item does not meet your expectations. This could result in replacement of items but is subject to manufacturers/distributors responsiveness. If we find an item or manufacturer consistently fails to meet expectations we will drop item and/or manufacturer.

How does Personalized Mementos keep Pricing so Reasonable and still provide such a High Quality of Service?

We are a family run business and use the concept of just in time delivery. We do not have the expense of a retail store front and inventory so our overhead cost is kept at a minimum. We provide our own in-house digitizing and embroidery which means we don't outsource our stitching services. We are in control of the process which ensures high quality embroidery and digitizing. We provide an electronic embroidery proof which guarantees your satisfactions of embroidery and speeds up the digitizing process. We take our services very seriously which results in superior quality. We are very interested in your full satisfaction. Educated clients are our best customers because they know that the products and services are of high quality at very competitive prices and understand that it's their responsibility to order items that meet their specifications with our experienced staff. Our digitizing (tape charge) for setting up a design for embroidery is 40 to 50 percent lower than most other suppliers. We keep our cost low because we can complete the set up ourselves. This saves you money and time because it allows us to work with you directly so there isn't a middle supplier. The result is better design because we work directly with you and a lower cost plus a faster turn around. We focus on production & quality service and do not employ collection services and do not provide payment terms other than credit card payments. All these reasons add up to a focus on providing the best quality service at the lowest cost to you.

Sizes

If you are unsure of your size we recommend that you visit a brick & mortar store front or department store where you can try on garments before purchase. Expect to spend more at a traditional brick & mortar store front but if fit is critical and you are not sure of your size this is your best option. We make every attempt to provide links to manufacturers for size and detailed specifications so you can make an educated decision on your purchase. It is highly recommended that you view these links and manufacturers specifications. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure that correct size and specifications of items are selected. We always send an e-mail confirmation of order to you and it is your responsibility to make sure that confirmation is received and that it reflects the items purchased. If you receive a size, color or style different from what you ordered, please contact us and we will replace and ship item at no cost. Below is a size chart to use as a guideline. Most garments are sized in accordance with the scales listed below. Like all garments, there are variations between manufacturers. Please use the chart below as a guideline only.

Damage

All items need to be examined and any problems reported to our sales office (1-877-821-4100) as soon as possible. Claims cannot be processed after 10 days. Whenever possible, inspect while delivery person is present.

Our Primary Business

Our primary business is to provide quality affordable embroidery application on a large variety of quality items. Because we offer such reasonable prices on soft goods we receive orders for items without embroidery, we fulfill these orders but this is not our primary business.

International Orders

Due to credit card fraud, orders outside the United States will not be processed.
